Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Chris Torres (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Randal Rambo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A head kick misses from Torres .
Torres shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Rambo pinned against the cage. Rambo gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Rambo tries to close the distance and clinch but Torres swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Rambo tries to clinch up.
The fight stays on the outside here - Rambo looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Torres swings away with a leg kick that misses.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Torres lands with a nice body kick.
Rambo tries to clinch up but Torres circles away and keeps his distance.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Rambo crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Torres - the referee stops the clock and Rambo gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Torres . Rambo manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.

Rambo pushes Torres up against the ropes in a clinch.

Torres breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Torres scores with a kick to the midsection.
Torres connects with a jab.

Torres drives through with a takedown into guard.
Torres sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Rambo's guard.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.
Torres wants to advance to full mount but Rambo doesn't think that's going to happen and regains full guard instead.
Rambo looking to hit a scissor sweep but Torres is one step ahead there.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Torres accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
