Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between brock lesnar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kimbo Slice (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Slice misses with a two punch combination.
Slice tries to bum rush lesnar with a series of wild strikes but lesnar uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

lesnar shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.
lesnar takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists.
lesnar seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.
Slice is in trouble now - lesnar has advanced to mount!
lesnar trying to control but he's not successful this time.
Slice wants to use the cage to get back to his feet here.
Slice really doesn't want to stay on the ground with lesnar. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

lesnar lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning.

Slice squirming around on the bottom, looking to escape.
Slice looks gassed!

lesnar looking for an armbar but decides to keep the dominant position instead.
lesnar is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Slice can't stay in a position like this for much longer.

lesnar postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Slice looks a forlorn figure.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

lesnar drops a big elbow. That's hurt Slice! More shots from lesnar and the ref steps in! The fight is over!
