And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Sorrin Markov!
The judges for this bout are Stewart Dunkirk, Robert Twigg and Cecil Peabody.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No luck with that takedown attempt from Markov.
Evans displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Markov.
A punch combination from Evans misses.
Evans keeps the fight on the outside.
No luck for Markov with that takedown attempt.
Quinton Evans has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Sorrin Markov.
Markov tries to score a power double leg takedown but Evans sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Markov somewhat.
Markov closes the distance and clinches up with Evans, looking for a takedown. Markov pushes Evans against the cage but Evans circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Markov shoots in for a takedown but Evans shows good takedown defense.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Evans smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.

It looks like Sorrin Markov has been cut.
Evans lands a jab to Markov's midsection.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Evans stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Evans tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.

Evans dances in with a quick combination. Markov is being worked over with jabs and crosses. Oooh, a right straight from Evans snaps Markov's head back. Markov stumbles backwards against the cage. Evans steps forward and delivers a right cross that connects with Markov's jaw, simultaneously knocking him out and sending his mouthpiece into the crowd! There's a worthy souvenir for the fans. This one is over folks. Markov just didn't come prepared.
