The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Boyat tries a head kick but it misses.
Boyat tries to clinch up.
Belfort throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Boyat tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Boyat misses with a looping left.
Boyat lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.

Boyat closes the distance and clinches.

Boyat breaks the clinch.
Belfort checks a low kick from Boyat.
Belfort avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Boyat scoring well with a low kick there.
Boyat looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
Belfort is breathing heavily.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Belfort on the wrong end of a kick to the body.
Boyat lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt.

It looks like Vitor Belfort has been cut.
Boyat fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Belfort.

Boyat lands a big head kick that sends Belfort tumbling to the mat! Boyat takes a step backwards and waves Belfort back to his feet - he wants the finish!

Belfort is rocked!
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Boyat.
Oh Belfort is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Boyat throws an uppercut from hell that sends Belfort clean off his feet! He's out cold! Boyat stands back and admires his work as he thinks about that KO of the night award that is surely being wrapped up for him back stage.
