And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Yuuki Gou, Ren Mimura and Yasuomi Hirokawa.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

enabling Sirkesalo to counter with a crisp jab.
Makuto looks gassed!
Sirkesalo cracks Makuto with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.

Sirkesalo tries to bum rush Makuto with a series of wild strikes but Makuto uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Sirkesalo works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.
Makuto is still on wobbly legs! Can Sirkesalo finish him?
Sirkesalo throws a right and a left that both miss.
Sirkesalo lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Makuto circles away quickly and effectively.
Makuto seems to have recovered his senses.
Sirkesalo throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Sirkesalo fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
Makuto moves forwards but Sirkesalo connects with a nice, crisp jab.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Makuto walks into a straight right hand from Sirkesalo.
Sirkesalo fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Sirkesalo throws a right and a left that Makuto avoids nicely.
Makuto connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
Sirkesalo smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
Makuto throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Makuto throws an overhand right that lands on Sirkesalo's shoulder, as Sirkesalo tries to avoid the shot.
Sirkesalo keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Makuto.
Makuto misses with a looping left.
Makuto throws a hard body shot but it just misses.

and Sirkesalo counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Makuto thinking.
Sirkesalo lands a left and a right that send Makuto crashing to the mat, dazed. Sirkesalo thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
Sirkesalo connects with a jab and follows up with a big overhand right! Oh that's hurt Makuto! He's out on his feet! Sirkesalo rushes in and drops Makuto with another big right hand, forcing the referee to stop the fight!
