The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hunt fails to land with a series of punches.
Constance swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Hunt counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Constance thinking.
Hunt swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Hunt throws a nice looking combination but Constance bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Hunt lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head.
Constance takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.
Hunt slips a jab from Constance.
Hunt misses with a double jab
and Constance counters with a nice body shot.
Constance fails to land the takedown.
Constance dives in and grabs Hunt's left leg, looking for a takedown. Hunt pushes down on Constance's head and hops out.
Hunt throws a lazy body kick

and Constance counters with a shoot takedown. Hunt fights it but they end up in guard.
Constance stops Hunt from standing up.

Constance slips nicely into half guard.

Hunt is defending against the submission attempts here by Constance.

Constance seems to be looking for submissions.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Hunt can do anything to dispel that myth.
Constance works his way into side control.
Constance wants to lay and pray for a moment but Hunt keeps working.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

Constance has worked his way into a potential kimura here. Hunt is trying to get out of the position but his squirming has just got him deeper into trouble. Constance yanks on the arm and Hunt is forced to tap due to a very painful looking submission! Nice work by Constance.
