The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cads is looking to land body kicks.
Zarva could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Cads tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Zarva swivels and escapes.
Cads is looking to clinch but Zarva is avoiding it.
Cads throws a right hand that Zarva ducks under and follows up with a left that Zarva also avoids with ease.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Zarva wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now.

Zarva takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.

Zarva is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Cads is surviving well by controlling Zarva's body position as best he can.

Zarva is working on an americana here. Ooh, that looks pretty nasty! Nope, Cads has managed to escape the submission attempt.

Zarva has hold of Cads's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Cads manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
