The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Brownie fails miserably with a takedown attempt.

lord trying desperately to get back to his feet here but he's not having any joy at all. He's going to tire himself out if he's not careful.

Brownie is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so lord is just riding it out for now. Brownie eventually gives up the hold.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
lord shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Brownie sprawls well. Brownie wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. lord gets slowly back to his feet.
Chael Brownie seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
lord looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Brownie is fending him off so far but lord persists. Nope, Brownie circles away and we're back to standing.
