The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Scofield darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
Scofield throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man.
Scofield seems to be looking for submissions.
Busashi is trying to get back to full guard.
Scofield trying to control the action but Busashi is working from the bottom.
Scofield might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Busashi kaven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.
Scofield has hold of the far side arm. He's working for the Kimura, can Busashi defend it? Scofield steps over the head and cranks it - Busashi is tapping out! That was textbook stuff right there - nice submission victory for Scofield!
