Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Quim Bastos (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jammy Stoney (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Bastos might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to No More Mr. Nice Guy. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The judges for this bout are Leandro Rodrigues, Matheus Silva and Mauricio Rocha.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bastos slips under a jab.
Bastos connects with a looping right hand.
Jammy Stoney seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Stoney throws a leg kick but Bastos checks it.
Bastos thuds his shin into the meat of Stoney's side.
Stoney throws a body punch but Bastos moves out of range.
Stoney lands with a cross.
Bastos misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
A swing and a miss from Stoney.
Stoney looks to land a combination but Bastos avoids it well.
Stoney thows a body shot but no joy.
Stoney uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Bastos has time to react.

Bastos closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.

Bastos throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Stoney on the side of the head.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Stoney chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Bastos can pounce on him.
Stoney misses with a wild combination.
Good leg kick by Bastos there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Stoney looks gassed!

Bastos swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Stoney avoids the head kick by Bastos.
Bastos throws a body kick that digs right into the meat.

Bastos throws a feint and then finishes with a kick to the body.
Bastos turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Bastos fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Stoney.

It looks like Jammy Stoney has been cut.

Bastos lands a big head kick that sends Stoney tumbling to the mat! Bastos takes a step backwards and waves Stoney back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Stoney is rocked!
Ohhhhh! A huge head kick from Bastos! Stoney is out on his feet! Bastos rushes in and throws more strikes. The ref is looking closely - Stoney is covering up but the punishment is just too much and the ref steps in to stop the fight! Stoney is staring into space, just thankful that the beatdown has ended. Brutal finish.
