Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mark Coleman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Brandon Murphy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the fighters buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Brandon Murphy!
The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Frank Dennis and Stewart Dunkirk.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Coleman changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Murphy tries to avoid it but Coleman manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Murphy to the ground. Murphy escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Coleman.

Coleman has hold of Murphy's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Murphy manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
Coleman has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Murphy's face.

That was a close second round but I would say that Mark Coleman will probably get the nod.

Murphy throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Coleman's waist but Coleman gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Murphy off to one side.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
