Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Anselmi Kierre (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Chairman Mao (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Mao has chosen RENEGADE MASTER as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kierre is trying hard to land a takedown here. Mao sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.

Kierre shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.

Kierre fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Mao avoids it really well and circles away.

Kierre shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Mao manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Mao can do anything to dispel that myth.

That was a close second round but I would say that Anselmi Kierre will probably get the nod.

Mao bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Kierre's head backwards.

Kierre shoots for a double leg takedown but Mao sprawls well. He's pushed Kierre's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Mao wants to control but Kierre is keeping busy.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Mao is looking for a sweep. Kierre is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Mao really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Kierre. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.
