Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between John Stuart Mill (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Thabiso Rowan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 7 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Thabiso Rowan!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mill turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Mill tries to clinch but Rowan is having none of it.
Rowan shoots in for a double leg but Mill sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.

Mill presses Rowan against the cage and delivers a mid-strength body shot.

Mill is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. Rowan can't fight it off and eventually Mill manages to take the fight to the floor. Rowan looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of John Stuart Mill.
Rowan closes the distance and clinches up with Mill, looking for a takedown. Rowan pushes Mill against the cage but Mill circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Rowan looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Mill is fending him off so far but Rowan persists. Nope, Mill circles away and we're back to standing.

Rowan shoots for a double leg takedown but Mill sprawls well. He's pushed Rowan's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Mill will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

Rowan shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Mill sprawls well. Mill wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Rowan gets slowly back to his feet.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Mill gets caught flat footed, as Rowan shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.

Rowan has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Mill uses from the top position.

The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Mill takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life.
Thabiso Rowan has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
Mill lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards.

Thabiso Rowan comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I think Mill has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
