The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hinz throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Li's head.

Li shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.

Li jumps to the side looking to secure the arm triangle…. Ooooh, that looks tight… Hinz is gargling but he's managed to escape! Nice work there by Hinz and Li has given up the dominant position trying to land that submission.
Hinz manages to get one leg in to regain half guard.
Hinz is trying to control but can't.
Hinz wants to get back to his feet.
Li lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.
Li slips a nice elbow through Hinz's hands, connecting with Hinz's forehead.
Hinz avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Li.

Li is nestled in close to Hinz, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.

Hinz is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Li scores with a couple of nice shots.
