The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Masa tries to clinch but Lahjakkuus is having none of it.
Masa wants to clinch up but Lahjakkuus keeps it at a distance.

Lahjakkuus throws a lazy right hand but Masa sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.

It looks like Mega Masa has been cut.
Lahjakkuus cracks Masa with an elbow. That is naaassty.
Masa is still in real trouble! Can Lahjakkuus finish him?
Lahjakkuus works to advance to full mount. Masa defends for a few seconds but eventually he succumbs.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Masa really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Lahjakkuus. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Masa wants to control but Lahjakkuus is having none of it.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Masa has left one of his arms exposed and Lahjakkuus doesn't need a second invitation. He's isolated it and locked on a tight armbar. Masa screams and taps out, obviously in a lot of pain. Hopefully there isn't permanent damage to that arm.
