Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Yokido Busashi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Roy Hornie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Roy Hornie has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Busashi gets the takedown into side control.
An elbow from Busashi crashes against the mat.

Busashi tries to score with some ground and pound. Hornie controls his posture well this time though and the shots don't do any damage.

Hornie has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Busashi is working away from the top position though.

Hornie is pressed up against the cage. Busashi has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Hornie down to the mat. Hornie avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.

Hornie throws a nice looking combination but Busashi bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

Busashi moves into range and clinches up with Hornie.
Busashi is trying to break the clinch but Hornie has him pressed against the cage.

Hornie is trying to force a seperation but Busashi has the dominant position.
Busashi pushes Hornie back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head.

Busashi is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Hornie pulls him back up using the underhooks.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

Hornie shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Busashi as he jumps to the side.

Busashi takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists.

Hornie gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent.
Yokido Busashi is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Hornie tries to close the distance and clinch but Busashi swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Busashi is displaying good submission defense - not really looking in danger of submitting to the rear naked choke at the moment. That could change in an instant of course if Hornie gets his way!

I would just about give that final round to Roy Hornie.
