Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Genghis Khan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Freddy James (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Khan comes to the cage accompanied by Ready 4 War. James has chosen We Want The Funk by George Clinton & the P-Funk Allstars as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 7 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Genghis Khan!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 11 - 4 - 0, fighting out of New York, Freddy James!
The judges for this bout are Alyssa Summers, Jorge Garcia and Columbo Gatti.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
James displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Khan throws out the jab.

James stuns Khan with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Khan throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
James sizes up Khan with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.

Khan fakes high and swings low for a body shot but James manages to avoid it.
A punch lands to the side of Khan 's head but he takes it in his stride.
The crowd cheers as James lands an impressive looking overhand right. Khan doesn't seem phased though.
Freddy James seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Khan slips a jab and a cross from James.
James is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Khan had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into pâté.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

James throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Khan stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

Well James has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
