The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Shimada, Shigeki Sano and Shirou Masuda.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Joker tries to clinch up but Rajewski circles away and keeps his distance.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Joker is trying to drag Rajewski to the mat but Rajewski just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.

Rajewski decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.

so Rajewski counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.
Joker is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Rajewski is controlling him.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Rajewski drops back, looking for a kneebar! Joker looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Joker looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Joker!

Joker is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. Rajewski looks calm but he's in trouble here. Joker gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. Rajewski is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Joker lets go of the hold and Rajewski can pop his arm back in it's socket.
