Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, pol cuaresma!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Tin Lau!
The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Wesley Smith and Stewart Dunkirk.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
cuaresma tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Lau tries to clinch up.
Lau scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
cuaresma drops his hands momentarily and Lau takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.

cuaresma is rocked!

Lau darts in and clinches cuaresma up against the cage.
Oh cuaresma is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Lau prevents cuaresma from breaking the clinch.
cuaresma seems to have got his legs back now.
cuaresma is trying to break the clinch but Lau has him pressed against the cage.

Lau is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
cuaresma throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Lau is looking to clinch but cuaresma is avoiding it.
cuaresma swats away the attempt to clinch by Lau.
Lau tries to clinch but cuaresma moves out of range.
cuaresma closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.

cuaresma throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Lau looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Lau tries to clinch there but cuaresma circles away.
cuaresma walks into a jab.
cuaresma misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Lau is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Lau shoots in for a takedown but cuaresma shows good takedown defense.
cuaresma throws a head kick but Lau moves out of range.
Lau jabs away that one connects to the head of his opponent.
cuaresma doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
cuaresma takes a shot to the body in his stride.
cuaresma is breathing heavily.

Excellent takedown into side control there by Lau.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Lau has an Americana. cuaresma didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Lau is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Lau hooks up with any of them at the after show party.
