Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Jose Pinto (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Julito Vega (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Pinto throws a head kick that lands with a deafening thwack! The crowd roars as Vega stumbles backwards and falls to the mat. Pinto follows into mount!

Vega is rocked!
Pinto thowing strikes but they're hitting the gloves, not doing any damage.
Vega is still in real trouble! Can Pinto finish him?

Vega seems to have recovered his senses.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Vega tries to reverse the position but Pinto maintains control.

Pinto wants to take a breather but Vega is having none of it.

Pinto is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Pinto is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Vega couldn't care less - he's delighted!
