Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Diogo Paulino (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Szymon Kowalski (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Kowalski is squirming around, avoiding Paulino's attempts to control the action.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Kowalski is looking to improve his position but Paulino isn't that keen on the idea.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Paulino accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Kowalski is pulling down on Paulino's head to control his posture.
Paulino has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Kowalski is proving hard to escape from.

Paulino scrambles and gets back to his feet.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Paulino is looking to clinch.
Paulino shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Paulino is trying to stand up but he's being controlled by his opponent.
Kowalski tries to get back to half guard but can't.
Paulino goes for an armbar but he's fallen flat on his backside there and now Kowalski is on top in guard.

Szymon Kowalski comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
