Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Kuro Kumiko (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Zeke Stortz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kumiko kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Enter the Samurai. Stortz has chosen CkY - 96 Quite Bitter Beings as his entrance music. Kuro Kumiko could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Zeke Stortz's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Stortz changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Kumiko looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Stortz remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while.
