The judges for this bout are Alec Ball, Steve Smith and Dillan Fox.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Taylor circles away from the clinch attempt.
Kikuno throws a series of punches but Taylor moves out of range.
Taylor looks to land a combination but Kikuno avoids it well.
Kikuno wants to clinch.
Taylor throws out a powerful jab.
Kikuno takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Taylor uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
Taylor changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
Taylor connects with a crisp jab.
Taylor lands a nice hook to Kikuno's body. Kikuno takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Taylor moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.
Kikuno doesn't manage to clinch there - Taylor circles away.

Kikuno on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.

Kikuno takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.

Taylor moves into range and connects with a jab.
Oh Kikuno is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Taylor lands a big shot that drops Kikuno! Can he finish him?
This has been an exciting period of action!

Kikuno seems to have got his legs back now.
Taylor is working for a submission here. He's got hold of the far side arm and he's looking for a kimura. He's cranking on the arm and he's got it! Kikuno is tapping out! Ouch, that looked like it hurt!
