Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Adamek cracks Taps with a right hand to the side of the head.
Adamek swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Taps.
Taps has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Taps there as he acknowledges the shot.
Taps shoots in for a takedown but Adamek shows good takedown defense.
Taps shoots in and drives through. Adamek sprawls well.
Adamek misses with a few strikes there.

Adamek stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Adamek clobbers Taps with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.

Adamek stalks Taps and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Taps's face. Taps staggers backwards, shaken.

and Adamek counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.

Adamek lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
Adamek throws a right and a left that Taps avoids nicely.
Taps walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
Tomasz Adamek is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Taps shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Adamek manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.

and Adamek counters with a three punch combo that has Taps backing up. Taps nods at Adamek to acknowledge the strikes.

Adamek gets caught flat footed, as Taps shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
