PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ragnarok Laturi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Erilainen Nuori (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Laturi might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Amon Amarth - Guardians of Asgaard. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Laturi tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Nuori changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Laturi tries to avoid it but Nuori manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Laturi to the ground. Laturi escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Nuori keeps the fight on the outside.

Nuori is taking a breather. Laturi says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.

Nuori looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Laturi with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

Nuori is keen to just control but Laturi is a slippery customer.

Nuori seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Laturi does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

Nuori feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

That was a close round but I would say that Ragnarok Laturi will probably get the nod.
