Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, Peter Files!
The judges for this bout are Chris Edwards, William Gold and Steven Brown.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Files misses with a double jab.
Files waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Half.
Half looks to score with a jab to the body but Files is just out of range.
Half showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Files.
Half takes a swing at Files's ribcage but misses.
A head kick misses from Half.
Donk. Files catches Half right on the button with a cross.
Files tries to clinch but Half is having none of it.
Jab from Files.
Files throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Files moves out of range of the leg kick from Half.
Half swings away with a leg kick that misses.

Half fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Files sprawls well initially but Half persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
Half tries to pass to full mount but Files defends it.
Files wants to control but Half is keeping busy and won't allow it.

Half prevents Files from improving his position.
Half moves nicely into side control.
Files is trying to improve his position.
Half has knee on belly and now moves to full mount! Trouble for Files!
Half avoids the attempt from Files to control.
Files is trying to escape the mount.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

Half has control of Files's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Files regains control of the situation pretty easily.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Half moves into side control, trying to work for a kimura. That looks painful! Will he finish!!?? No, Files has worked his arm free - good work by Files!
Files is not content to let Half control the position.
Files tries to slip a leg under to move to half guard but Half presses down on the leg and jumps into full mount!

Half prevents Files from getting the reversal.

Half is working to isolate an arm here. It's a telegraphed submission attempt but he's gone for it anyway - and he's got it! Half extends the arm and Files is forced to tap!
