Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between joe pertally (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hager Meister (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). joe pertally looks tired to me. Hopefully he has got enough gas left in the tank to put in a good performance.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
pertally looks for the body kick but Meister saw that one coming.
pertally throws a wild body kick that Meister sees coming a mile off.
Meister decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
Meister tries to stand and escape but pertally is controlling the position.

pertally is nestled in close to Meister, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

pertally is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
Meister wants to pass the guard but pertally is keeping the position.
pertally has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Meister can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
pertally really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Meister drops back looking for a leg! pertally is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and pertally manages to kick Meister off! Meister jumps back into pertally's guard.

pertally looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Meister with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

A bit of a pause in the action here. Meister controlling the positon.
Meister has the rear naked choke here! This is very bad for pertally! Can he survive? No! He's out! Meister gets to his feet and celebrates with his cornermen. He looks absolutely delighted. In the post fight interviews he takes time to thank his parents and everyone who has believed in him from the start. How sweet.
