Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Eric Harmon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Chuck Black (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Harmon's entrance music is Dead!. A fine choice. I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

The judges for this bout are Bruno Lombardi, Alyssa Summers and John Roberts.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Harmon changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Black tries to avoid it but Harmon manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Black to the ground. Black escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Eric Harmon seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Harmon looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Harmon throws a right and a left that both miss.

Harmon shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Black's guard.

Black has an active guard here but Harmon has managed to pass into half guard.
Harmon takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.
Harmon knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Black on the ground.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Harmon is keen to just control but Black is a slippery customer.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Harmon shoots in for a takedown but Black shows good takedown defense.
Black moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Harmon shoots in looking for a takedown. Black tries to sprawl out of it but Harmon keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Black manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Black is keen to just control but Harmon is a slippery customer.
Harmon has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Black is working away from the top position though.
Black passes the guard and advances to mount!
Black tries to stand up but he's trapped just for the moment.

Black looks to be working for a triangle here. Oh, it looks like he might have it! Harmon has picked Black up and slammed him! Black can't keep hold of the triangle and Harmon manages to pass to side control!

Black takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Harmon closes the distance and clinches up with Black, looking for a takedown. Harmon pushes Black against the cage but Black circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

and Black counters with an inside leg kick.
Black swats away the attempt to clinch by Harmon.

Harmon wants to lay and pray for a moment but Black keeps working.
Black is looking to control Harmon's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Black avoid being mounted?
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

A close second round but Chuck Black will probably get the nod - 10:9.
That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Black is looking to take a break and control but Harmon is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.
Harmon shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Black but Black pushes him off and we're back to square one.

Harmon moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.

No luck for Black with that takedown attempt.
Harmon fails with an attempt to clinch.

Harmon closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Harmon lands in his opponent's guard.
Black wants to get back to his feet but he's too absorbed in his own little project and Harmon manages to pass to side control.
