Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Robert Drysdale (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jack Meeoff (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Drysdale comes to the cage accompanied by Jadakiss - The Champ Is Here. Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

The judges for this bout are Bruno Lombardi, Alyssa Summers and Russell Pearce.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Meeoff stuffs the takedown.
Drysdale shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Meeoff as he jumps to the side.
Meeoff throws a series of punches but Drysdale avoids them all with ease.
Drysdale shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Robert Drysdale. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Meeoff throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Drysdale.
Meeoff misses with a kick to the body.
Drysdale dives in and grabs Meeoff's left leg, looking for a takedown. Meeoff pushes down on Drysdale's head and hops out.
Meeoff is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Drysdale.
Drysdale takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.
Drysdale shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Meeoff as he avoids it easily.
Meeoff tries to bum rush Drysdale with a series of wild strikes but Drysdale uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Jack Meeoff seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Meeoff throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Drysdale sees it coming and avoids it easily.

Meeoff moves into the clinch.

Meeoff pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Horrible takedown by Drysdale or perhaps it was just good defense by Meeoff which made him look bad.
Meeoff tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Drysdale paws at him with a jab and circles away.
A punch combination from Meeoff misses.

Drysdale has a takedown stuffed.
The fight stays on the outside here - Meeoff looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Meeoff jabs away that one connects to the head of his opponent.
Meeoff thows a body shot but no joy.
Meeoff misses with a wild combination.
Drysdale keeping at a good range here, avoiding a leg kick.

Meeoff fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Drysdale, pushing him back against the cage.

Meeoff turns his hips and lands a very nice judo throw into side control!
Meeoff is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down Drysdale's shoulder. That is not cool.
Meeoff lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear Drysdale down.

Meeoff tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though.

Meeoff tries to get to his feet but he's trapped momentarily.

Meeoff stands up.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Drysdale.
Meeoff looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it.

Meeoff lands a big head kick that sends Drysdale tumbling to the mat! Meeoff takes a step backwards and waves Drysdale back to his feet - he wants the finish!

It looks like Robert Drysdale has been cut.

Drysdale shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Meeoff is trying to defend but Drysdale finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.

Drysdale seems to be looking for submissions.
Drysdale trying to control from Meeoff's half guard. Meeoff has other ideas though and has regained full guard.

Meeoff looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.

Meeoff had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Drysdale defends it easily.

Drysdale is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Meeoff is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Meeoff has escaped and now he's on top!
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Meeoff seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Meeoff lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Drysdale backs up against the cage.
Jack Meeoff is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.

Drysdale closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Meeoff to the mat! Meeoff manages to get full guard.
Drysdale sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Meeoff's guard.
Meeoff is refusing to be controlled, as Drysdale sits in half guard.
Drysdale prevents Meeoff from improving his position.
Meeoff won't allow Drysdale to pass to mount.

Drysdale is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.

Meeoff kicks Drysdale off and gets back to his feet.

Meeoff drops Drysdale with a beautiful combination! Drysdale stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Meeoff is looking for the KO!

Drysdale is rocked!
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Meeoff throws a nasty head kick that just misses. He throws another kick to the head of his opponent and almost takes it off! Drysdale crumples to the floor and the fight is over!
