Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Hector Mendoza (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Chris Cook (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Cook is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Cormega - built for this. I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mendoza is looking to clinch but Cook is avoiding it.
Mendoza takes a jab right on the kisser.
Mendoza throws a leg kick which misses Cook's front leg but catches the back leg as Cook tries to avoid it.
Cook swats away the attempt to clinch by Mendoza.
Mendoza looking to land some kicks to the body here.
Cook throws a hook but Mendoza avoids it easily.
Mendoza is looking to clinch.
Cook misses with a body shot.
A jab from Cook does it's job there.

Mendoza gets a clinch.
Mendoza throws an elbow but it's blocked.
With the fighters up against the cage, Mendoza throws an elbow but misses.
Cook blocks a punch to the side of the head.
Mendoza lands a nice uppercut.
Cook lands a body punch - he's looking to wear down Mendoza.

Cook breaks from the clinch.
Mendoza walks into a stiff left hand from Cook.

It looks like Hector Mendoza has been cut.
Chris Cook seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Cook fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Mendoza looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Mendoza is breathing heavily.
Cook lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Cook throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Mendoza stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Cook lands a jab to Mendoza's midsection.
Cook stalks Mendoza and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Mendoza's face. Mendoza staggers backwards, shaken.
Mendoza seems to be squinting his left eye. Perhaps he got a poke in that previous exchange. Cook shows no mercy and swarms him with a barage of strikes! Mendoza is backing up but Cook catches him with a final right hook that drops him! Mendoza covers up and the referee steps in to end the fight! Cook Jumps to his feet and flashes his guns to the crowd. Oh yeah, baby! How'd you like them apples?!
