Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Zawodnik Numer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jimmy Jones (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Zawodnik Numer had a look across the cage there at his opponent. He definitely means business

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jones throws a series of punches but Numer moves out of range.
Numer tries to clinch but Jones moves out of range.
Numer tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Jones paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Jones is looking to score with low kicks.
Jones fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Numer tries to close the distance and clinch up but Jones swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Numer tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Jones misses with a looping left.
Numer stalks Jones and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Jones's face. Jones staggers backwards, shaken.

Numer shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Numer showed some decent athleticism there.
Numer is trying to control the action in half guard but Jones is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.

Jones looks like he's trying to stand up.
Jones is looking for a sweep. Numer is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Numer tries to stand and escape but Jones is controlling the position.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Numer sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Jones defending well though.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Numer tries to clinch up but Jones circles away and keeps his distance.

Jones keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Numer's efforts to push away.

Jones wants to stand and escape but Numer is having none of it.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Jones is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.

Jones pushes Numer off and scrambles back to his feet.

Jones's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Jones leaves Numer with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

Numer looks to clinch

and Jones holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.
Numer jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Jones walks away with a smile on his face. Numer gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.

Jones moves into range and clinches up with Numer.
Jones is stalling here. The referee will be looking to step in if he doesn't pick up the pace.

Jones manages to break the clinch.

Jones shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.
The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Jones cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!

Jones pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage.

Jones is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Numer can't stay in a position like this for much longer.
The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Jones cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!

Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Numer might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.

Jones really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Numer. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Jones can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Numer is looking to escape.

Jones is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Numer to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Numer shrugs it off.
Numer is trying desperately to improve position.

Jones cracks Numer with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Jones postures up and lands a whopping elbow - oh that's hurt Numer bigstyle! Two more strikes land for Jones and the fight is over!
