Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Calvin Carter (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tyson Diaz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A combination from Diaz does no damage.
Carter misses the shot to the body.
Carter is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Diaz.
Diaz shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Carter but Carter pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Diaz shoots in but no luck this time.
Diaz tries to score a power double leg takedown but Carter sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Diaz somewhat.
Calvin Carter has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Tyson Diaz.

and Carter counters with a one-two to the body.
Diaz takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.

and Carter counters with a crisp one two that drops Diaz! Carter thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Diaz to his feet! Diaz is in big trouble!

and Carter counters with a left and a right... and another left... and another!! That last one turned off the lights! Diaz has no idea who he is and is as he gazes up at the spotlights. Brutal knockout!
