PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Xavier Dayton (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dieter Koch (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Dayton comes into the arena with X blaring out of the sound system. Dieter Koch will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Koch gets caught flat footed, as Dayton shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
Koch is trying to control the position but Dayton postures up.

Koch looking for submissions from the bottom but instead Dayton passes into side control.

Dayton has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand.
Koch closes this distance looking for a takedown but Dayton circles away.
Dayton is looking to clinch.
Koch looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Dayton is fending him off so far but Koch persists. Nope, Dayton circles away and we're back to standing.
Koch keeps the fight on the outside.
Dayton throws a head kick that misses.

Dayton rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Koch moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Dayton has hold of Koch's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Koch manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
