Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Genku Chiba (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ramzes Crut (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Crut misses with a takedown attempt - Chiba sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.

Crut throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Chiba's waist but Chiba gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Crut off to one side.

Chiba lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Crut shoots in but no luck this time.
Ramzes Crut seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Both these guys seem content to just stand up and trade with eachother but Crut might want to think about changing up his gameplan a bit because over the course of the fight, Chiba has got the better of the exchanges.

Crut drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Chiba manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Crut has Chiba in his guard.
Chiba wants to get up but he can't break Crut's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.
Crut takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.

Crut isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Chiba stacks Crut on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Chiba!

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
