Schmidli comes to the cage accompanied by Busta Rhymes - Ante Up. David West has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Marcus Schmidli's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
West swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Schmidli tries to close the distance and clinch up but West swats him away and circles back towards the center.
West looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
West tries to bum rush Schmidli with a series of wild strikes but Schmidli uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Schmidli moves in looking to clinch but West pushes him off.
Schmidli tries to clinch but West moves out of range.
West throws a sloppy head kick and Schmidli moves out of range easily.
West throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.
West shoots in and drives through. Schmidli sprawls well.
West keeps the fight on the outside.
Schmidli is looking to clinch but West is avoiding it.
David West seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
West throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

West shoots in for a takedown but Schmidli shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
