The judges for this bout are Ren Mimura, Tatsuya Matsuyama and Shigeki Fujiwara.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
red tries to clinch but Mark is having none of it.

red using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Mark has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.
Mark manages to get underhooks and slows down the pace for a moment.

red escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Mark attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
