Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Thallo Green (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Reckuva Gracie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Reckuva Gracie has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Thallo Green's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A head kick from Green lands but Gracie takes it in his stride.

Green lands with a kick to the temple. Gracie shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"
Gracie tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Green swivels and escapes.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

The fighters circle momentarily. Gracie darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Green pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.

That was a close round but I would say that Thallo Green will probably get the nod.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Gracie fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Green sprawls well initially but Gracie persists and gets the takedown into half guard.

Gracie is looking to finish the fight by rear naked choke. Green knows exactly what he's got planned though, so he's defending well. Maybe a few strikes would soften Green for a finish.

Green is displaying good submission defense - not really looking in danger of submitting to the rear naked choke at the moment. That could change in an instant of course if Gracie gets his way!

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Gracie is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Green can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Gracie postures up and throws a couple of big shots that have Green in real trouble here! The ref calls for Green to improve his position which he doesn't do, so the referee has no choice but to end the fight due to the strikes!
