Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Deiter Myers (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Pekka Heino (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Heino's choice of entrance music: Caesars - Jerk It Out. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Heino drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Myers manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Heino has Myers in his guard.
Myers keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Heino's head.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Myers is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
Myers postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.

Heino escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Myers gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Myers slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.

Heino is trying to control Myers's posture but Myers avoids it.

Heino tries to close the distance and clinch up but Myers swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Myers misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Pekka Heino seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Heino doesn't manage to clinch there - Myers circles away.
Myers keeps the fight on the outside.
Heino uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Myers has time to react.
