Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Randy Kuto (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Giorgio Petrosyan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Randy Kuto could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Giorgio Petrosyan's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kuto moves away from the strike by Petrosyan.
Kuto shoots for a takedown but Petrosyan saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Petrosyan scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard.
Kuto shoots in but Petrosyan avoids the takedown attempt easily.
A right-left combo lands from Petrosyan.
Petrosyan takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
Petrosyan fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.

Kuto closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.

The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Kuto drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.
Kuto takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Petrosyan throws out a loose jab but Kuto uses good head movement to avoid it.
Kuto shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Petrosyan as he avoids it easily.

A punch lands to the side of Kuto 's head but he takes it in his stride.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Kuto takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Petrosyan jabs at Kuto's body.
Kuto changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Petrosyan tries to avoid it but Kuto manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Petrosyan to the ground. Petrosyan escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Petrosyan, as that shot connected.

Kuto feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Kuto knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Petrosyan on the ground.

Petrosyan thuds his right hand into Kuto's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
