The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mantil throws a right hand that Williams ducks under and follows up with a left that Williams also avoids with ease.
Mantil looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
Williams throws a hook to the side of Mantil's head but Mantil sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Mantil throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Williams misses with a looping right.
Williams throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Williams throws out a loose jab but Mantil uses good head movement to avoid it.
Mantil fails in his attempt to clinch.
Mantil shoots in but no luck this time.
Williams looks to land a left hand but Mantil moved out of range nicely.

Mantil moves in looking to clinch but Williams pushes him off.
Mantil is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

It looks like Craig Mantil has been cut.
Williams unloads with some vicious shots from mount and Mantil wants out - he looks towards the referee who steps in to save him! Williams celebrates on the cage and the crowd goes wild!
