The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A solid body kick from Kraken.
Kraken connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Kraken shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Pete but Pete pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Kraken is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Kraken fails with the takedown.
Kraken ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Pete throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Kraken chopping away at his opponent's legs.
Pete bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Kraken's head backwards.
Kraken lands with a nice body kick.

Kraken takes the fight into the clinch.

Kraken breaks the clinch.
Kraken misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Kraken swings for the body but Pete moves out of range.
Ouch! a nice leg kick from Kraken, right into the meat.
Kraken throws the left hand but Pete avoids the punch easily.
Kraken closes this distance looking for a takedown but Pete circles away.
Elite Pete has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Samuel Kraken.
Kraken takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.

That's one minute gone in the round.
The crowd cheers as Pete lands an impressive looking overhand right. Kraken doesn't seem phased though.
Kraken is looking to slow Pete down with leg kicks.
Pete misses with a few strikes there.
Pete throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Kraken stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Pete avoids a punch combination nicely.
Pete connects with a single shot there.
Kraken shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Pete defends it nicely.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Kraken is defended easily by Pete.
Kraken looks gassed!
Kraken throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
Kraken walks into a jab.
Jab, cross, leg kick. Nice combination by Pete!

It looks like Samuel Kraken has been cut.

Pete's corner calls for a 1-2. Pete obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.

Kraken fakes the leg kick and cracks Pete in the body.

Pete works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Kraken gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.

Pete lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.

Pete lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.

Kraken is rocked!
Pete changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
