The judges for this bout are Bruno Lombardi, Anthony Taglia and Franklyn Lucas.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Grimes throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean.
Credible fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Grimes is looking to clinch.
Credible lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.
Credible misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Credible throws a nice outside leg kick.
Credible fakes the leg kick and cracks Grimes in the body.
Grimes fails miserably with a takedown attempt.

Credible darts in and clinches Grimes up against the cage.
Credible gets underhooks to prevent Grimes's takedown attempt.
A knee to the head by Credible.

Credible pulls guard successfully.

Grimes avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Credible keeping full guard, as Grimes tries to pass.
Credible not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.

Grimes stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Credible swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Credible looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
Grimes throwing strikes from guard but Credible blocks nicely.
Grimes pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Credible is keeping the position for now.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
Grimes with a poor takedown
and Credible counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Justin Credible has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jesse Grimes.
Grimes looks gassed!

Credible shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Credible showed some decent athleticism there.
Credible lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.

Credible is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Grimes is just riding it out for now. Credible eventually gives up the hold.
Grimes moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard.
Credible stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Grimes swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Grimes tries to land a sweep but no joy.
Credible trying to control the position from guard on top but Grimes is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Grimes is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Grimes wants to sweep here but Credible controlling him for the moment.

Grimes has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Credible should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Grimes has tightened it up now! Credible should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
