The judges for this bout are Steve Erwin, Winston Howard and Hugh Johnson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hutton throws a series of punches but Hoy moves out of range.
Hoy will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Hutton scores with a leg kick.
Hutton scoring well with a low kick there.
Hoy fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Hutton sprawls well initially but Hoy persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
Hoy looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Hutton wants to get back to his feet.
Hutton really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Hoy. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Hoy is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
Hutton is trying to maintain the position but Hoy is very close to passing his half guard.
Hoy is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.

Hoy is working for the choke. I would put my money on him to finish from this position. He's rolled onto his back and has dragged Hutton with him. Hutton is trying to defend but Hoy has an arm under the chin now! Hutton grimaces and is forced to tap out!
