The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Lang scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice.
You can see the frustration on Desperation's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
Desperation is trying to improve his position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Lang cracks Desperation with an elbow. That is naaassty.

It looks like Another Desperation has been cut.
Desperation takes a nasty elbow to the side of the head.
Desperation tries to contro but end up mounted... ooooh, that's bad.
Desperation is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.
Desperation is looking to improve his position but Lang isn't that keen on the idea.
Lang scoring with some good ground and pound from mount here. Will he manage to finish Desperation?
Lang landing strikes from the mount.

The cut above Another Desperation's eye is starting to cause him problems now.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Lang is landing with some decent strikes but Desperation is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue.

Another Desperation's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Another Desperation's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
