The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Van Der Meyde tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Hendricks swivels and escapes.
Hendricks takes a swing at Van Der Meyde's ribcage but misses.
Van Der Meyde shoots in and drives through. Hendricks sprawls well.
Hendricks ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.

Van Der Meyde closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Van Der Meyde lands in his opponent's guard.

Hendricks pushes Van Der Meyde off and gets back to his feet.

I would just about give that final round to Bailey Hendricks.
