The judges for this bout are Colin Fotheringham, Chris Edwards and Paul Tew.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No joy there for Handel, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
cheddars throws a series of punches but Handel moves out of range.
cheddars looks for a takedown but Handel sprawls well.

and Handel counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.

It looks like dic cheddars has been cut.
Handel swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.

cheddars changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Handel looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
cheddars tries to score with some ground and pound. Handel controls his posture well this time though and the shots don't do any damage.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
Handel leaves cheddars with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.

Handel throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent cheddars stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
dic cheddars seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Handel stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
cheddars is trying hard to land a takedown here. Handel sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.

Handel cracks cheddars with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
Handel connects with a right hand. cheddars shakes it off.
