Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.

The judges for this bout are Andrew Berry, Paul Tew and Richard Clark.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that dic cheddars will probably get the nod.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
cheddars throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
dirk tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but cheddars swivels and escapes.

dirk shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. cheddars is trying to defend but dirk finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as dirk accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
dirk sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed cheddars's guard.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
dirk wants to control but cheddars is keeping him busy.

dirk shoots in and bounces cheddars off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
