The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Flint tries to clinch but Andrews moves out of range.

Flint lands a big head kick that sends Andrews tumbling to the mat! Flint takes a step backwards and waves Andrews back to his feet - he wants the finish!

It looks like Joey Andrews has been cut.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Flint swinging wildly here.

Andrews scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Andrews will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Andrews shoots in but no luck this time.
Horrible takedown by Andrews or perhaps it was just good defense by Flint which made him look bad.
Jack Flint has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Joey Andrews.

Flint dances in with a quick combination. Andrews is being worked over with jabs and crosses. Oooh, a right straight from Flint snaps Andrews's head back. Andrews stumbles backwards against the ropes. Flint steps forward and delivers a right cross that connects with Andrews's jaw, simultaneously knocking him out and sending his mouthpiece into the crowd! There's a worthy souvenir for the fans. This one is over folks. Andrews just didn't come prepared.
