Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Rob Evans (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Randy Lesnar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lesnar has chosen YOU JUST LOST - To ME as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 10 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Rob Evans!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 11 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Randy Lesnar!
The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Wesley Smith and Gwen Towbar.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lesnar throws a head kick that Evans semi-blocks.
Lesnar dives in and grabs Evans's left leg, looking for a takedown. Evans pushes down on Lesnar's head and hops out.
Lesnar throws a hook but Evans avoids it easily.
Lesnar throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Lesnar looks to land a right hand but Evans moved out of range.
Evans takes one on the button.
Lesnar looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.

Lesnar throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Evans was covering up waiting for the punch and Lesnar finishes the takedown easily into guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Lesnar accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Lesnar stops Evans from standing up.
Lesnar tries to free his leg and advance position but Evans is retaining full guard.
Evans wants to stand up but Lesnar is controlling him.
Evans keeping moving, preventing Lesnar from controlling successfully.
Lesnar is in close to Evans's body, working some short punches and elbows.
Lesnar won't allow Evans to get back to his feet.
Lesnar trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat.
Evans has momentary wrist control but Lesnar slips an elbow through the middle.

Lesnar with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal.
Lesnar postures up in Evans's guard and throws a big left but Evans blocks it.
Lesnar looking to sit in guard and control but Evans gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
Evans working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.
Lesnar has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Evans trying to control the position from guard on top but Lesnar is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Lesnar looking to hit a scissor sweep but Evans is one step ahead there.

Lesnar seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now.
Evans stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Lesnar swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Lesnar pulls Evans in to control the position.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Lesnar manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Evans manages to get himself to full guard.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Evans uses the cage to get back to his feet.
Nice cross by Evans.
Evans looks to throw the jab but Lesnar is out of range.
Lesnar on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
Lesnar fails with a takedown attempt.
Rob Evans has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Randy Lesnar.
Evans uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Lesnar.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!


No luck for Lesnar with that takedown attempt.
Lesnar is looking to clinch but Evans is avoiding it.

Evans tries to keep at a distance but Lesnar has taken the fight into the clinch.

Evans gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Lesnar.
Evans wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
Evans tries to break free but Lesnar pushes him back against the cage.
Evans is pressed up against the cage. Lesnar has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Evans down to the mat. Evans avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
Rob Evans has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Randy Lesnar.

Evans shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.
Lesnar is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Evans stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Lesnar swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Evans throws a strike but Lesnar rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.

Lesnar loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
Evans is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Lesnar is controlling him.
Evans avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.
Lesnar stops Evans from standing up.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.
Lesnar tries to clinch but Evans moves out of range.

Lesnar gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Evans counters with a straight right hand.
Lesnar is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Evans.
Lesnar throws a looping overhand right but Evans ducks down to avoid it.
Lesnar tries to clinch up but Evans circles away and keeps his distance.
Lesnar steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Evans.
Lesnar slips under a jab from Evans.
Lesnar shoots in and drives through. Evans sprawls well.
Evans throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Lesnar sees it coming and avoids it easily.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Lesnar keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.

A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Lesnar.
Lesnar throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Evans fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Lesnar manages to avoid it.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
Lesnar takes a jab right on the kisser.
Evans misses with a hook. Lesnar ducked under it nicely.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Rob Evans dominated that second round.
That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.

My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.
Lesnar tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Evans paws at him with a jab and circles away.

and Evans cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Lesnar fails with an attempt to clinch.
Lesnar looks to score with a jab to the body but Evans is just out of range.
Evans misses with a looping right.

Lesnar scores a takedown into full mount!
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Evans is trying to get to the cage to help him get back to his feet.

And that's the end of the fight!
Randy Lesnar comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I think Lesnar has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
