Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jim Dangle (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Schlock Leznar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Leznar comes into a darkened arena with his song building. The Champ by Ghostface Killah kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Dangle feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Leznar is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Dangle's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Dangle's back!
Dangle manages to reverse the position and now he's in Leznar's guard. Nice work there by Dangle.

Dangle is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Leznar is just riding it out for now. Dangle eventually gives up the hold.

Jim Dangle overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.

Leznar escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Dangle gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Jim Dangle.
I think Leznar has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
